🔧 How to Fix Mojec FAIL— UIU Communication Failure
FAIL means: The User Interface Unit (UIU) is unable to establish a PLC communication link with the external meter metrology unit. Fix: Plug UIU directly into a wall socket (NOT an extension). If grid power is off, insert dry-cell batteries. Move to the socket closest to the distribution board. Pair UIU using your serial-prefix-specific algorithm.

The User Interface Unit (UIU) is unable to establish a PLC communication link with the external meter metrology unit. This is the most common Mojec error.
Root cause: UIU plugged into extension cord or filtered circuit. Surge protector stripping PLC signal. Grid power off. UIU not paired to meter.
